The Phytobôkaz laboratory manufactures food supplements and phytocosmetics.
The natural raw materials needed for the company's needs are sourced from the heart of Guadeloupe's biodiversity.
The design of our products follows a precise technical path from the plant
to the finished product, traceability that we have been able to put in place to ensure the harmonious development of fauna, flora and humankind with our
production unit.
[PHYT, plants and ÔBOKAZ meaning "around the house"] was born in 2005, from the association between Henry JOSEPH (Pharmacist and Doctor in pharmacognosy) and his former chemistry professor, the late Paul BOURGEOIS.

The founders
Dr. Henry Joseph
A pharmacist and doctor of Pharmacognosy (the science studying the active principles derived from natural substances), he also holds a DEA from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse in Production and processing of plant raw materials. Dr. Joseph is a pioneer in the French Overseas Territories and has been involved for over thirty years in promoting plant biodiversity.
Professor Paul Bourgeois
Professor of Chemistry at the University of the French West Indies and Guiana in Pointe-à-Pitre until the end of the 1990s, Professor Bourgeois is a specialist in the chemistry of natural substances and author of several hundred scientific publications of international level.
